Do you love Frozen Mango Margaritas but don’t have a Margarita machine at home? Have I got good news! Any flavor frozen Margarita can be made with my Mango Sorbet Margarita recipe. I started making this Margarita recipe when I worked at the Four Season’s Resort in Dallas, half cocktail and half dessert, it was a big hit with everyone who tasted it. One of my duties at the hotel was to make all the ice creams and sorbets for different events, as well as the restaurant and room service, trust me, it’s a lot of ice cream.
Because we had such a wide assortment of flavors, I liked to experiment with different adult milkshakes and cocktails made with the ice creams and sorbets. The Frozen Mango Sorbet Margarita was always one of my favorites. Not only is it a great cocktail, but it’s visually stunning and a lot of fun to drink. This recipe works great with raspberry sorbet, passionfruit, and the traditional lime flavor. Next time your shopping, take a look at the sorbet section of the freezer, I’m sure there’s a flavor of Frozen Margarita you’re wanting to experiment with.
